Celestia

Terms of Use

Last updated: July 2026

These terms govern your use of Celestia, a Hypixel Skyblock companion mod, including the loader, the website, and any related services provided by the Celestia team ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using Celestia, you agree to these terms.

No warranty

Celestia is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the mod will be uninterrupted, error-free, safe, or compatible with future Minecraft or Hypixel updates. You use the mod entirely at your own risk.

Use at your own risk

Celestia is a third-party modification and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Hypixel or Mojang. Any third-party mod carries inherent risk, including the possibility of account suspension or banning by Hypixel. You are solely responsible for any consequences arising from your use of the mod, including damage to your account, your device, or your game experience.

Acceptable use

You agree not to resell, redistribute, or share your Celestia account, loader build, or access credentials with others. Each build is watermarked to your account. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent the protection layer of the loader, or use the service to abuse Hypixel's APIs.

Accounts and subscriptions

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Subscriptions, where offered, are governed by their own plan terms and pricing displayed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, account access, game progress, or reputation, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use Celestia.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Celestia after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
